NICE CXone is a suite of tools and technologies which facilitate and optimize the operations of a call center. These tools are used to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer service operations, by handling incoming and outgoing calls, managing customer interactions, and streamlining various call center processes. As a manager of UX I have 4 direct reports of varying levels. In addition to managing their workload I also provide career guidance and support. My product focus has been on administration and automatic call distribution. I work with over a dozen product managers to ensure they get UX support.
